Chrystal Hill has 12+ years of child care experience; having spent nine years in the Air Force, Chrystal also has extensive experience with budgeting, Computer Technology, and Records Management. She obtained her Child Development Associate Degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in 2009. She has a Certification in CPR and First Aid. Chrystal has worked with a variety of ages of children for more than 12 years in various settings, including paid and volunteer positions. |

| Dikila Jones has a vast experience in marketing, management, computer network and budgeting. Currently served 14 years in US Army. She receive her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University and her Master of Science degree in Information System Management from Webster University. She received many months training from the Army in Computer networking and budgeting. But her first and foremost job is Management, managing people and resources. |
